Delete Your ACTUS LIVE Account

You can request deletion of your ACTUS LIVE account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@orionconsultings.com from the email address linked to your account.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my ACTUS LIVE account
3. Include your account name (and, for venue or band accounts, the profile name).

We may contact you to confirm your identity before deleting the account.

What is deleted

Your account, profile information, profile photo, band/venue profile content and booking requests are deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after your request is confirmed.

What may be kept

Records of ticket purchases and payments may be kept as required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
