This Privacy Policy explains how Orion Consultings Corporation ("we", "us", "our"), a Florida corporation, collects, uses and shares information when you use the ACTUS LIVE mobile application and related websites (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address and phone number.
• Profile photos: the photo required for personal (fan) accounts, and photos uploaded to band or venue profiles.
• Band and venue profile information: names, descriptions, music, videos, photos, location/address, open dates and similar details you choose to publish.
• Booking requests: requests sent between bands and venues, including dates, messages and status.
• Ticket purchases: tickets purchased, event, amount, date and ticket scan status. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor (see Section 3).
• Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, language preference, IP address, crash logs and how you interact with the Service.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and manage accounts and profiles.
• To enable booking requests between bands and venues and confirm bookings.
• To sell, issue and validate tickets.
• To verify ticket holder identity at the venue door using the profile photo.
• To process payments and payouts, prevent fraud and keep the Service secure.
• To communicate with you about your account, bookings, tickets and Service updates.
• To maintain, troubleshoot and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (for example, Stripe). Your full payment card information is entered directly with and stored by the processor; we do not store your full card number. The processor's use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy. Venues and bands that receive payouts may be required to provide identity and banking information directly to the processor.

4. Profile Photo and Door Check

Personal accounts require a profile photo. This photo is displayed on your ticket so that venue staff can confirm, when scanning the ticket at the door, that the ticket holder is the account owner. The photo is shown to the venue only for this purpose.

5. How We Share Information

• With venues and bands: only as needed for bookings and tickets — for example, a venue sees booking requests sent to it, and a venue sees ticket holder name, photo and ticket status for its events.
• Public profiles: band and venue profile information you publish is visible to other users.
• Service providers: companies that help us operate the Service (such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery), under obligations to protect the data.
• Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and property of users, us or others.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes (such as transaction records).

7. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and update your profile information in the app.
• Request a copy of your personal information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data (see Account Deletion).
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and children under 13 are not allowed to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided information may contact info@orionconsultings.com.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
